Everything is folded and packed at our warehouse in Belgium. Orders leave within two working days; most leave the next morning. We do not dispatch at weekends or on Belgian public holidays. The tracking number is emailed the moment the label prints, and the first scan usually appears the same evening.

Prices on the site include VAT for delivery inside the EU. For the United Kingdom and Switzerland they do not include local VAT or import duty, both of which the carrier collects from you before handing over the parcel. We say this here because the doorstep is the worst place to learn it.
Express delivery (1 to 2 working days inside the EU) can be chosen at checkout for €9,90 on top.
Sheets travel folded in a reusable cotton bag inside a plain card box closed with paper tape. There is no plastic in the parcel and no printed branding on the outside of the box. Keep the bag; it is the right thing to store the spare set in.
Bedding cannot be judged in a shop, so we do not ask you to. Put it on the bed, sleep on it, wash it, and if inside 30 nights of delivery it is not right, send it back for a full refund of the item price. There is no condition about it being unwashed. Returned pieces that have been slept on are laundered and donated to a shelter; they are never resold.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason, for a refund of the item price. That is more than the 14 days EU law provides, and it runs alongside the sleep trial rather than instead of it.
For a different size or shade, return the first piece and order the second; it is faster than a formal exchange. If you are unsure of the size, email first and we will tell you which wall depth or pillow size to order.
If a seam, hem, button, tie, envelope flap or elastic fails inside the first 300 washes - about six years of weekly washing - we repair the piece or replace it, and we pay the postage both ways inside the EU. Outside the EU we refund the outbound postage against a receipt. Email a photograph and the order reference; the label follows within one working day.
The guarantee covers how the piece was sewn. It does not cover holes from claws or nails, bleach or benzoyl peroxide marks, scorching, pilling on sateen, or the gentle fading of a garment-dyed shade. The care page explains how to avoid each.
If something arrives damaged, mis-sewn or in the wrong size, tell us within a few days with a photograph. We send the replacement straight away and a label for the faulty one, and we do not wait for it to come back first.
Nothing on this page reduces your rights under EU consumer law or Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. The 30-night trial, the 30-day window and the 300-wash guarantee sit on top of those rights, not in place of them.
